  Burot Island

****
It was almost evening when my friend send a link for me to check...
ahhhh! beautiful island indeed.
reply ako to his message and tell him OK lets go....
as usual, same reply I got from him "ako nnman gagawa ng itenerary!"
hehehe..tamad ako gumawa ng itenerary but everything else ako nman

So, another place..another beach to explore...I already forgot
pang ilan beach nnman ito and again umuulan nnman...
prati umuulaneverytime may ppuntahan kmi...buti na lng
pagdating nminparati sa placethe sun is burning hot again...
YESSSS!

Burot beach is located in Calatagan, Batangas...its just...hmmmm about
3 hrs ride from MRT taft bus station....drop off point is the public market
then ride a cute trike going to the beach... again you must armed with
convincing power to make tawad to the trike driver ....minsan kasi

All I want to do is run pag baba trike while taking off my shirt and short..
ehem, alisin ang taking off short, shirt lang pla baka lumawit bilbil...
hehehe...but I digress let me continue..run and dive sa water...
sadly, later nadiscover namin na mababaw lng pla and not ideal to
swim...hanggang tuhod lng pinaka malalim, unless maglakad
 ako about 200 yards...

The sorrounding is perfect...the sand is not that as Boracay sand
but yes the beach is a beauty not to mention halos wala tao
sore eyes...hehehe

One reason why we always plan to visit a place like this from
November s'pcially after xmas is wala gaano tao at masosolo
mo island...since we always armed with our humble DSLR
lagi ang habol namin...taking snap shots with humans walking,
running, and doing something ekek is a no no na macapture
 sa picture...

Another thing about beaches in Calatagan is the crystal water...

So, syempre go kami....The picture above is the
sand barrier....Wow! talaga...oo nga mababaw sa gitna
at malawak...the water is vodka clear ang ganda
looking 360degrees WOW!

Just look how clear the water is!
Star fish everywhere...poor star fish nabiktima ni elvis!
We bought some sa shore..I think Vis is thinking, "nakakain kaya ito"
hahahaha!

Salted eggs and kamatis...always present sa kainan.

My portable gas stive...Cooking kikian balls...peste 'di masarap nabili namin.
matakaw kami......we basically eat everything basta pagkain, pero 'di umubra
pagka takaw ko dito....'di tlaga masarap :(

Btw, Vis happened to talk to the owner and we learned that the island
is now owned by SM...the previous owner is Mr. Viceral...i dunno if I
spelled it correctly.... tito ni Vice Ganda...kaya pala Vive kasi
sa surname nila.

Here's a funny part...
A girl approached us and say "mag bon fire kayo?"
"bahala na, sabihan kana lng namin", I replied.
Then later I've notice that same girl talked to us
holding a itak..lager ng konti s kitchen itak is murdering
a tree... yea its a big tree... half of it was already dead...
I can tell ksi bulok na yung malaking part and the other half
is still fresh...anyway, malaman namin iaalok pala
imagine halos kitchen knife katigok nya yung puno..
for 100Php sulit till 8am may fire pa kmi...
sayang walang marshmallows and hotdog to bbq.

I wonder kanino at ano nagyari sa owner ng shoes na to...
ksi naka heels na beach...

Beautiful sunset eh!

so much like Boracay.....

I'll be ready for this beautiful beach by December 2013 or Summer 2014....
