  my secret why i lost 52lbs

all my life im FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!

TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABAAAAAAAAAA!

BABOOOOOOOOOOOOY!

lahat nainom ko na, as in lahat, may balat ng punong kahoy na d'ko alam kung san galing, basta nakakapayat daw...may bunga na itsurang duhat, tinira ko din.... den comes ang orlistat...10yrs ago ng bagong labas 'yan tinira ko din yan..nabuhayan ako loob kasi lahat yata ng sebo sa katawan ko nauubos... but then, same pa din ang timbang ko pati ang itsura ko, walang nababawas.

BAD TRIP!

tapos ang binanatan ko naman ay yung mga slimming tea.. lahat binili ko din.. kankunis at kung ano2 pa...WALA PA DIN! halos natambakan ko na ang buong garden ng nanay ko ng used tea na ginagamit ko sa araw2.... at laking gulat ko lahat ng halaman namin ay nagtabaan! WAAAAAH!

im soooooooooooooo DESPERATE! ginawa ko ay mag skip ako ng meal... den kinabukasan skip ulit hanggang sa umabot ng 1 year.... ayan may ulcer ako.. peptic ulcer!.... ang gamot ko php95/tab..... kaasar dagdag gastos.....until one day nabuhayan nanaman ako ng loob kasi may nakita ako sa tv home shopping.... halos mamaga na mata ko sa pagpupuyat dahil tatlo yatang channel ang may home shopping hinihintay ko lahat ang mga pinakikitang slimming tea/tabs....

so ano pa, d'ko na pinatagal, tumawag na ako sa no naflsh sa screen.. kahit pamasahe ko ginastos ko na... maglakad na lng ako papasok, sabagay papawisan ako....tanggal din konting calorie.....1st day ko sa opis... putcha bakit tatlo ang tingin ko sa screen ng pc ko.... at ng lumapit ang boss ko na korean muntik na ako mapasigaw dahil ang tingin ko sa kanya ay isang demonyo!..... hayop na pills 'yan naadik yata ako... so wala din nangyari.....

......and then comes BANGKOK PILLS...... 'my savior!' sabi ko sa sarili ko

tuwang tuwa pa ako dahil papayat na ako.. sinabi ng kausap ko sa phone kung san kmi mit.. sbi niya sa tagong lugar... HA!? bakit sa tagong lugar? yun pala bawal kasi ang BANGKOK PILLS dahil hinuhuli daw and later nalaman ko may ingredients siya ng paggawa ng SHABU! WOW PARE LAKAS TAMA!...... 'bahala na' sabi ko sa sarili ko.. basta pumayat lng....pero teka d kaya ako maflip n2....HAYOP na BANGKOK PILLS yan! muntik na ako matanngal sa work dahil isang buwan ako late pumasok.. kung 'd pa ako tadyakan sa pagkakatulog ko di ako magigising.. e di ba sa shabu dilat mata mo.. bakit ako tulog... at ang epek pa niya sa akin ay isang buwan din ako impotent.. kahit magbasa ako o nood ng x-rated muvi..wala! dedma niya ako! PESTE TALAGA! HOOOO! REPAPAKS!

so ano ginawa ko after maramdam ako inaabuso ko na body ko...dahil may kumikirot dito at doon at nagkaulcer na ako... simple lang:

1. i run daily for 10km

2. bawas sa food ng konti..yup konti lng kasi ibburn mo din yun e

3. lots of liquid

4. decipline

yan lang.... ngayon 136lbs na lng ako from 198lbs!

ds is my favorite.... banana,strawberry, and ponkan...

for 9dys... nawala ang 11lbs ko...

Mayon VolcanoPHILIPPINES

Mayon Volcano is an active volcano on the Filipino island of Luzon, 15 km northwest of Legazpi City.It is classified by volcanologists as a stratovolcano (composite volcano). Its symmetric cone was formed through alternate pyroclastic and lava flows. Mayon is the most active volcano in the country, having erupted over 47 times in the past 400 years, and is a part of what is called the Pacific Ring of Fire.

Tubbataha Reef, ReefPHILIPPINES

Tubbataha Reef is an atoll coral reef in the Sulu Sea that belongs to the Philippines. It is a marine sanctuary protected as Tubbataha Reef National Marine Park. The reef is composed of two atolls, North and South Reefs. Each reef has a single small islet that protrudes from the water. The atolls are separated by a deep channel 8 kilometers wide. Over one thousand species, including many that are endangered, can be found at on the reef. These include manta rays, lionfish, tortoises, clownfish and sharks.

  MY NOKIA 6500SLIDE

Last month i recieve this cute phone from my friend.... a birthday gift ac2aly... well, in terms of clarity.....brightness... patok ito! sobrang linaw.... aside dun, the applications pre-installed are cool...it has also a 2gb external card.... and 1gb internal.... ang siste e2.... noon pag malaki ang cell phone mo tutuksuhin kang may hawak kang safeguard... yung sabon pangpaligo... o kaya minsan naman aasarin ka dahil may hawak kang hallowblock dahil sa laki ng cell mo...

lam nyo ba na ang cell phone na ito ay 8-in-1, bakit? kasi po.....

1. Cell phone

2. You can use it as Web cam at may TV out pa

3. Alarm clock (normal sa lahat ng cell)

4. pag may voice call ka o ginagamit mo siya pangtawag umiinit siya ng sobrang init w/c is hindi normal sa lahat ng cell....since all metal ang 6500 slide.. so after mo gamitin sa voice call ihanda mo na ang mga paplantsahin mo.. kasi as in pde siya gawing iron.

5. kung mahaba ang buhok mo pde mo na rin gamitin pangplantsa ng buhok habang may kausap ka

6. or habang may kausap ka plantsahin mo na ang pisngi mo para bumuka ang pores at lumabas ang mga blackheads at whiteheads

so sa mga gus2 makatipid... advise ko maganda ang 6500 nokia slide.... PATOK ITO MGA PARE!
